The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, August 17th and runs through Sunday, August 23rd in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. Another Bout of Books Read-a-ton is upon us again. I really enjoyed participating (for my first time) back in May and was pleased with my progress. I'm looking forward to seeing how much progress I can make this coming week and to connecting with other participating bloggers.

- To finish The Stockholm Octavo by Karen Engelmann (audio book)
- To start reading A Bride at Last by Melissa Jagears and Pretty Hip and Dead (Agnes Barton/Kimberly Steele Cozy Mystery) by Madison Johns.
- To update my blog with my August Nature Box, ARC review and vacation posts.
- Participate in challenges and visit blogs daily.

I've never heard of those books before but I always like a good cozy mystery (especially in the autumn and winter)! Good luck and happy reading for Bout of Books!
