Monthly Wrap-up: March 2016

Goodbye March and welcome spring! That is if we don't get another snowfall, of course. Mother Nature has been pretty confused lately.

Here are some highlights from the past month:

  • March 1: I celebrated my 29th birthday with a nice family dinner.
  • I won and enjoyed a Mary Kay pampering session, which lead to a new face cleansing routine.
  • Southern Ontario got hit by a bad ice storm last week. We lost power for two days and there was quite a bit of damage in the area.
And that is all I have to report for March. Moving on to the books...

Reading Progess:

I completed 6 books in the month of march, which I am pleased with. Not only was that a good quantity, but the qualities of the books I read were great as well.

  3. Oh what a great month. Reminds me - I want to read saving CeeCee Honeycut. I also want to read more Luanne Rice - I have read quite a few of hers and was intrigued by a recent post of hers on living with depression.
    Have a great April.

    1. Would you be interested in doing a buddy read for Saving CeeCee Honeycut? I've never done one before and would love to give it a try sometime. I'm not in a rush to read it, so if you are interested Kathryn we can do it whenever is convenient for you. Email me if you like:

  4. Happy Belated Birthday!!! I love Luanne Rice's books - they are so enjoyable. I haven't read her lately, so need to see if she's written anything new. I binge-listened to Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series - what a fun series that is and great on audio - oh how many times I found myself laughing out loud!!! Hope you have a great April!!!

  5. Thank you Kristin! I haven't listened to any of the Stephanie Plum books in audio format, but I may have to check that out once I'm all caught up with the physical copies I have.
Hope you have a great April too!
